I know literally everyone has made kale chips but its not so easy to come by in wales.
All I did was sprinkle with a tiny bit of salt and some 1 cal spray. 250 degrees for ten minutes.Tasty – kinda like crispy seaweed from the Chinese. I would say the most important thing for this is to keep it simple and healthy, it really is tasty!
Huh everyone has made kale chips? Well it’s a first for me. Sounds delicious, and so easy too! x
I see them everywhere online but only just tried them, they are so nice! Love the crispiness too!
Sounds yummy! Are you really from Wales? My great grandmother and her 3 sisters immigrated from Wales to Canada to California almost 100 years ago, but I’ve never met a Welsh person! Fun to find your blog!
