I love condiments but they’re normally full of sugar and rubbish so I have started making fresh salsas as a nice extra to a meal.
I’ve already put up a lovely pineapple salsa and this mango one is definitely worth a try!
I love this because it’s so tasty, fresh and clean!
- 1 mango, in chunks (or a tin of mango chunks if you prefer, just make sure it’s in juice and not syrup)
- 1 small red onion,
- 1 red chili
- fresh coriander, mint leaves or both!
- 1 lime juice
No steps, just chop mix and serve!
