Really easy way to use up bananas, super healthy & tasty too.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of porridge oats
- teaspoon on cinnamon
There are no steps needed for this quick recipe. Mash up two bananas with a fork, mix in the oats and sprinkle in the cinnamon.
Then roll into little bite-size balls & bake in oven on 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
ALSO: You can easily jazz this up however you like; chocolate chips, honey, maple syrup whatever 🙂
